1. Overview

PairFiction doesn't have user accounts and doesn't ask for your real name or any payment information. This policy explains the little we do collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few limited ways:

• Information you give us. The site itself has no sign-up or request forms. If you email us — for example, to ask for early access to more intimate content — we use your email address and message only to reply and, if we grant access, to tell you how to get in.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technology to remember whether you've been granted access and to recognize repeat visits, so you don't have to start over each time.
• Feedback. If you respond to an in-app feedback prompt, we store that response.
• Analytics. We use analytics tools to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

3. What We Don't Collect

We don't collect your real name, a photo ID, your birthdate, or payment details. Age confirmation is based on your own word when you ask us for early access — not a third-party identity check.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to answer emails and grant early access, let you resume where you left off on a different device, understand and improve the site, and respond if you contact us. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers that help us run the site.

5. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies:

• Essential. A cookie that remembers whether you've been granted access to more intimate content. The site can't work without this one, so it's set regardless of the choice below.
• Optional (analytics). A cookie that lets us recognize the same browser across visits, and our analytics tool. We only set these if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, they're never set, and the site works the same either way (you just can't edit feedback you've previously submitted from that browser).

You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the optional cookies and stop our analytics tool.

6. Data Retention

We keep emails and access information only as long as needed to reply to you and administer access, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].

8. Children's Privacy

PairFiction is intended for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
